I took a short solo road trip this past weekend to Seaside Heights, New Jersey. I have a friend getting married this fall who is from there and drove up for her bridal shower. Tastes of Home: Reisinger’s Apple Country

I’m an western New Yorker by birth. I spent the first 23 years of my life in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Even with all the places I’ve seen, I still think New York is one of the most beautiful on all of God’s green earth. Every year that I am able to, I return in the fall to see the changing leaves and to buy as many New York apples as I think I could possibly eat and bake. Continue reading
